Analysis on the Patent Development Trend of Hypsizygus marmoreus Industry

In recent years, the demand for Hypsizygus marmoreus has surged and the industry has developed rapidly. However, there were still shortcomings in its market competitiveness and technological innovation. In particular, there were few patent achievements that could be applied, which seriously affected and restricted the development of Hypsizygus marmoreus industry. In order to promote the development of Hypsizygus marmoreus industry, the development trend of patent technology, regional distribution of patents, major applicants, distribution of patent technology and the legal status of patent information of Hypsizygus marmoreus industry were statistically analyzed by using the patent analysis method. The results showed that: the patent technology development of Hypsizygus marmoreus industry has tended to be mature. China was a larger country of patent application in Hypsizygus marmoreus industry, and its number of patents accounted for about 73% of the global number of patents, and the application amount of patents in China were mainly concentrated in Shanghai and Fujian. However, the proportion of valid patents in the world was less than 30%, and the quality of patent applications needed to be improved. It was suggested that in combination with the actual development of Hypsizygus marmoreus industry, the continuous optimization should be made in terms of incentive innovation, effective examination, promotion and application, so as to promote the great-leap-forward development of Hypsizygus marmoreus industry.
