    Research and Application of EACHTCS Intelligent Frequency Conversion Dehumidification Heat Pump Curing Barn

    • Aiming at the problems of severe pollution and high cost in using the coal-fired curing barn, an intelligent frequency conversion dehumidification heat pump curing barn with frequency conversion heat pump as the heat source was studied and applied. By taking the conventional electric heat pump heating bakery and the coal-fired bulk curing barn as the control, the differences in the baking energy consumption and tobacco leaf quality were compared and analyzed. The results showed that compared with the traditional coal-fired intensive baking houses, the energy consumption cost of EACHTCS intelligent frequency conversion dehumidification heat pump curing barn could be reduced by 40.8 %. Compared with the ordinary heat pump curing barn, the energy-saving effect could reach 14.9%. After baking, the structure of tobacco leaves was loose, the aroma was sufficient, and the oil content was increased. The proportion of high-quality tobacco could be increased by 3%−5% (absolute value). Based on the comprehensive analysis, this type of curing barn could provide reference for optimizing the heating mode of the current intensive baking rooms, improving the baking performance, and promoting the cost reduction and efficiency increase of tobacco leaf curing.
