    Introduction, Identification and Analysis of New Peanut Varieties(Lines)in Quanzhou Area

    • In order to screen out the high-quality new peanut varieties (lines) suitable for being planted in the peanut area of Fujian, the yield, characteristics, disease (stress) resistance and quality of 8 introduced new peanut varieties (lines) were compared. The results showed that the dry pod yield and kernel yield of Guihua 376 were both the highest, which were 3 805.05 kg·hm−2 and 2 430.00 kg·hm−2, respectively, which were 20.60% and 21.96% higher than those of Zhanyou 75 (CK). All the varieties (lines) showed strong waterlogging tolerance and moderate rust resistance. Puhua 66 had the highest protein content of 29.24%, which could be used as a parent material with high protein. The oleic acid content of Guihua 376 was 78.96%, which could be used as a parent material with high oleic acid. The comprehensive analysis showed that Guihua 376 had the best comprehensive performance and could be further promoted and planted in Fujian.
