    Adaptability Evaluation of 15 Purple Fast Vegetable Varieties Sowed in Summer in Fuzhou Area

    • In order to screen the high-yield purple fast vegetable varieties which were suitable for being cultivated in Summer in Fuzhou area, the comparative experiment on the agronomic traits and yield of 14 purple fast vegetable varieties from all over our country was carried out with Ziyi Tianshi as the control group. The results showed that: Zisong No.1 had the characteristics of high uniformity, high plant, semi-erect plant type, purple external grinding lobe, light purple internal hemorrhage lobe, slightly wrinkled leaf surface, poor heading and high stress resistance. Its yield was 23 053.20 kg·hm−2, which was 19.05% higher than that of the control group. Zifei had the characteristics of high uniformity, large plant, semi-erect plant type, large long-oval leaves, slightly wrinkled leaf surface, purple external grinding lobe, light purple internal hemorrhage lobe, good heading and high stress resistance. Its yield was 21 669.15 kg·hm−2, which was 11.9% higher than that of the control group. The above two varieties could be popularized and planted in Summer stubble of Fuzhou area. The yield of the other varieties was lower than that of Zisong No.1 and Zifei, so they were not recommended to promote planting.
