Technical Regulations for Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Polygonatum cyrtonema

Through years of practice and research on the tissue culture and rapid propagation technology of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua, a set of rather comprehensive technical regulations was summarized. The regulation covered the key technical links such as the term and definition of tissue culture and rapid propagation, the design of workshop, the production flow of tissue culture, refining seedling and transplanting, quality grading standard, packaging, marking and transportation. This technical regulation could provide reference for the industrial production of tissue cultured seedling of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.
