Planting Performance and High-yielding Cultivation Techniques of Jingliangyouxuefeng silmiaoin Changle District as Mid-season Rice

Jingliangyouxuefengsilmiaois a new indica two-line hybrid rice variety bred by Hunan Hengda Seed High-tech Co., Ltd., Hunan Zhonglang Seed Co., Ltd., and Anhui Hengxin Seed Technology Co., Ltd.using the restorer line Xuefengsimiao as the male parent and the sterile line Jing 18S as the femaleparent. It was approved by the National Crop Variety Examination and Approval Committee（No. 2022137）in 2022.In the regional trials of Jingliangyouxuefengsilmiao from 2020 to 2021, the average yield was 9404.3 kg·hm⁻², and the average yield in the production trials in 2021 was 9592.5 kg·hm⁻². In 2021—2023, according to field surveys and indoor testing, the plant height was 121.2～123.5 cm, the ear length was 26.2～27.4 cm, the number of effective ears was 2.701～2.716 million ears·hm⁻², the total number of grains per ear was 175.2～178.5, the fruit setting rate was 82.1～82.5%, and the thousand-grain weight was 23.1～24.2g.This variety was planted as medium-season rice in Changle District from 2021 to 2023, showing the characteristics of high and stable yield, strong tillering ability, moderate plant height and plant type,good rice quality,strong lodging resistance, anddisease resistance.
