Main Practices, Existing Problems and Promotion Strategies of Science and Technology Commissioner System in Fujian from the Perspective of Fujian-Zhejiang Comparison

Under the background of comprehensive rural revitalization in Fujian in the new era, it is urgent to improve the system of science and technology commissioners to inject new impetus and cultivate new kinetic energy for the rural revitalization. The main practices of deepening the science and technology commissioner system in Fujian and Zhejiang were systematically sorted out, and then the differences in the practice paths of the two provinces were revealed through comparative research. The research showed that the science and technology commissioner system in Fujian had some deficiencies in the five dimensions of system coordination, service depth, industrial coverage, talent matching and incentive evaluation. Based on this, some strategic suggestions were put forward from the four aspects of overall coordination, selection and allocation, industrial chain service and evaluation incentive, thus to optimize the system of science and technology commissioner in Fujian.
