Abstract
A method was developed for the rapid determination of 10 kinds of antiviral drugs residues in pork based on QuEChERS-ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). The pork samples were extracted with 1% acetic acid acetonitrile, purified by QuEChERS, and then analyzed in the positive ion multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. The results showed that the 10 kinds of antiviral drugs had good linear relationship (correlation coefficient r>0.9989) in the range of 2.5−125.0 μg·kg−1; the limits of detection (LOD, S/N=3) and limits of quantification (LOQ, S/N=10) were in the ranges of 0.05−0.50 μg·kg−1 and 0.10−1.00 μg·kg−1, respectively. The sample recovery rates of blank samples at three supplemental levels (2.5,5.0,20 μg·kg−1) ranged from 71.2% to 115.6% with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 0.4%−8.3%. The method had high accuracy and sensitivity, and could meet the detection requirements of 10 antiviral drug residues in pork.
