Abstract
To establish a method for the rapid determination of 10 kinds of antiviral drug residues in pork based on QuEChERS-ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS). The samples were extracted by 1% acetic acid-acetonitrile, cleaned-up by QuEChERS, and then detected in positive ion multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode. The results showed that the 10 kinds of antiviral drugs showed good linearity(correlation coefficient r >0.9989)in the range of 2.5−125.0 μg·kg−1; the limits of detection(LOD, S/N=3)and limits of quantification(LOQ, S/N=10)were in the ranges of 0.05−0.50 μg·kg−1, 0.10−1.00 μg·kg−1. The spiked experiments were carried out in blank samples at three levels(2.5, 5.0 and 20 μg·kg−1, respectively). The average recoveries ranged from 71.2% to 115.6% with relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 0.4%−8.3%. The method has high accuracy and sensitivity, and can meet the detection needs of antiviral drug residues in pork.
