Trial Planting Performance and High-Yield Cultivation Techniques of High-Quality Hybrid Rice Liangyou 568 in Zhenghe County Wu Shiping

Liangyou 568 is a new two-line hybrid rice variety developed by Nanping Institute of Agricultural Sciences through the cross between the restoring line Nanhui 568 and the sterile line Jun S. In 2022, it was approved by the Fujian Crop Variety Approval Committee. From 2024 to 2025, it was planted as mid-season rice in Dongping Town and as post-tobacco rice in Shitun Town, Zhenghe County, respectively. It exhibited a suitable growth period, excellent agronomic traits, high quality, and disease resistance. It is a high-quality rice variety suitable for planting in Zhenghe County. This paper summarizes the comprehensive planting performance and high-yielding cultivation techniques of Liangyou 568 in Zhenghe County.
