    • This paper compared on some agronomic performances and photosynthetic efficiency between pepc Transgenic N175 plants and non-transgenic N175 plants, The results showed that transgenic N175 plants had better greatly improved in aspects of photosynthetic efficiency, plant spikes, grain weight, yield per plant, etc. Therefore, transferring the sugarcane pepc gene into rice can achieve the purpose of increasing production.
