Common diseases and the control measures for black crappie (Pomoxis nigromaculatus)

Abstract
Black crappie is a new variety of freshwater fish introduced from U.S.A. With high resistance to diseases, black crappie has not experienced serious disease since introduced. Common diseases for black crappie include bacterial diseases, fungus diseases, parasitic diseases, and stress syndrome. By analyzing the clinical symptoms, pathogen and the epidemiological characteristics, we proposed the effective control measures for common diseases of black crappie.
