Abstract
By using four Longan varieties, i.e. “Lidongben”, “Dongbao 9”, “Miaoqiao” and “Qingkebaoyuan” as materials, amounts of sucrose, glucose and fructose contained in fruits, and activities of relative enzyme in sucrose metabolism were detected during the various fruit development periods. And then the correlation between carbohydrate accumulation and enzyme activities were also analyzed.
