Analysis on bio-information of immobilization antigen ofcrypto caryon irritans and its antigen character

In this article, the bio-information of genes related to crypto caryon irritans immobilization antigen was analyzed, and the mouse antibody was prepared by the paiallel epitope peptide. This research proved that the mouse antigen prepared by paiallel epitope peptide contents specificity antibody, and provided foundation for preparing the monoclonal antibody and vaccine of C. irritans
