Analysis on effects and problems in the implementation for fiscal policy of“one decision for one matter”

This paper summarized the effects and problems in the implementation for fiscal policy of “one decision for one matter” in Datian County, some measures, such as increasing policy propaganda, improving organization, optimizing the allocation of prize fund, strengthening cooperation among different departments, intensifying supervision and management, were put forward to healthy and orderly carry out fiscal policy of “one decision for one matter”.
