Preliminary report on applying organic-inorganic compound fertilizer onChinese chestnut (Castanea mollissima)

Effect of applying organic-inorganic compound fertilizer on the yield and quality of Chinese chestnut were studied. The results showed that the mix-fertilization of organic and inorganic fertilizers could increase the yield of chestnut and benefit significantly, among them, the biogas residues+inorganic compound fertilizer, rapeseed cake+inorganic compound fertilizer and organic-inorganic compound fertilizer increased the yield by 36.27%, 33.33%, 28.43% and the benefit by 62.3%, 1.0%, 50.9% respectively to compare with those of traditional fertilization, and the quality of Chinese chestnut was also improved.
