Screening and application of potted fruit varieties in south China

Via through a trial test of different fruit types and varieties in potting condition. 9 fruit types and 16 varieties (lines) with good characteristics of shallow root system, suitable dwarfing culture, beautiful tree shape, long flowering or fruiting periods of ornamental fruit tree, and are suitable to be grown in south China were screened out. This paper summarized their main characteristics and key points of cultivation techniques.
