Comparative test on drug efficacy of five fungicides on controlling rice false smut

Field control efficacy of five fungicides, i.e. 30% Triazole·carbendazim SC, 43% Tebuconazole SC, 30% Benzoyl·propiconazole EC, 12.5% Epoxiconazole SC and 3% Validamycin AS on rice false smut were detected. The results showed that application of 70 ml 30% Triazole·carbendazim SC, 20 ml 43% Tebuconazole SC, 30 ml 30% Benzoyl·propiconazole EC, 50 ml 12.5% Epoxiconazole SC per 667 m² could control rice false smut effectively, and the sick spike control rate was 73.25%-81.56%, sick grain control rate was 73.79%-83.68%. And the above four fungicides could be alternatively used in practice.
