Comparative test of new hybrid rice varieties

A comparative test of nine new hybrid rice varieties was conducted with “Yiyou673” as control in 2013. The results showed that the yields of “Liangyou616”, “Ganyoumingzhan”, “Hua2you3301”, “Yuyou180” and “Guangyou3186” were significantly higher than that of “Yiyou673” and could be cultivated and popularized as post-tobacco rice and late rice in Wuping County, Fujian Province.
